Quality & Traceability

Quality You Can Trace.

EELDYN is building a documented traceability architecture from field through processing to dispatch. We distinguish clearly between operational controls already in place and planned systems under development.

Quality Release Architecture

From Lot to Dispatch

The masterplan quality release architecture assigns batch identity at source and follows the product through every stage to dispatch, maintaining COAs, retain samples and recall linkage throughout.

Not all components are currently operational. This architecture represents the planned masterplan system. Current operational controls are separately documented and available on request.

01
Identity & Lot
Each batch assigned unique lot identification at origin.
02
Pre-Processing
Initial sorting, inspection and pre-cleaning.
03
Drying
Controlled drying to target moisture specification.
04
Physical Release
Visual and physical quality inspection against parameters.
05
Laboratory
Risk-based laboratory testing as appropriate to product and buyer requirements.
06
Packaging
Pack to agreed format, size and labelling specification.
07
Traceability
COA, retain samples and customer-dispatch linkage completed.

Regulatory Status

EELDYN distinguishes between operating capability, development activity, planned capacity and completed certification. Certification claims are published only when the relevant approval has been formally obtained.
