EELDYN's public policy on status claims, certification language and commercial representations.

Our Policy

EELDYN distinguishes between operating capability, development activity, planned capacity and completed certification. Certification claims are published only when the relevant approval has been formally obtained and applies to the stated product, facility or activity.

Status System

Every significant product, service, facility, certification and production capability on this website is assigned a visible status. Statuses are:

AVAILABLEThe product, capability or service exists and can currently be ordered or used.
PILOTThe activity exists on a limited trial or validation basis.
IN PROGRESSThe capability is actively being constructed, commissioned, established, certified or implemented. Used only when documented activity has actually started.
PLANNEDThe capability appears in the approved masterplan or development program but has not yet entered active implementation.

Claims Not Published Without Evidence

EELDYN does not publish claims concerning the following without documentary evidence:

  • Certified organic status
  • HACCP certification
  • Ghana FDA licensing
  • Export certification
  • Pesticide-free production
  • Carbon neutrality
  • Regenerative certification
  • Customer or partner numbers
  • Production quantities
  • International certifications
  • Health or medicinal benefits
  • Claimed market leadership

Organic Language

The company name EELDYN Integrated Organic Farms Ltd contains the word Organic. Individual products are not represented as certified organic until applicable certification and chain-of-custody requirements have been formally met and awarded by the relevant certifying body.

Content Language Rule

EELDYN applies the progression:

DESIGNED FOR → IN PROGRESS → ACHIEVED
