Capacity is released only after technical and commercial evidence supports expansion. This tracker shows verified activity — not aspirations.
Four-stage masterplan development. Capacity is released only after evidence supports expansion.
Survey, title reconciliation, engineering, water, permitting, buyer research and commercial validation.
R7 ground readiness gate passed; confirmed water supply; engineer sign-offs for goat houses and pond; buyer specifications and Phase 1 infrastructure budget.
Core infrastructure and first commercial units at validated scale.
R7 readiness gate; H1–H2 operational performance; documented biological performance; first commercial buyer contracts.
Capacity expansion based on demonstrated biological and commercial performance.
H1–H2 stable performance; feed, water, manure, quarantine and working-capital gates passed. Demonstrated Phase 1 commercial viability across two or more enterprises.
Full masterplan capacity after all independent operating gates are satisfied.
All Phase 2 gates met. Independent review confirms welfare, biosecurity, labour, veterinary support and financial resilience for ultimate herd growth.
Critical gates that must be satisfied before capacity is released. Only publicly appropriate information is shown.
